Course reviews, without the spreadsheet.
Upload a SCORM course, send one link, and your stakeholders leave feedback pinned to the exact spot on the exact screen. No reviewer accounts, no screenshots, no guessing which slide they meant.
Works with SCORM 1.2 and 2004 from the authoring tool you already use.
Module 2 · Screen 4 of 12
Handling customer data
- Store records only in approved systems
- Delete exports within 60 days1
- Report a breach to your manager

Policy changed in March — this should say 30 days, not 60.
You: Fixed in v3 ✓
Sound familiar?
“Slide 14, second bullet…”
Reviewers describe where the problem is instead of pointing at it, and you spend the afternoon decoding.
Feedback in five places
Emails, Word docs, a shared spreadsheet and a Teams thread — none of them agree.
“Did that make it into v3?”
Nobody can tell which comments were fixed, so the same notes come back every round.
How it works
From ZIP to signed-off in three steps.
- 1
Upload your SCORM package
Drop in the ZIP you already export. SCORM 1.2 and 2004 courses play right in the browser.
- 2
Share one link
Reviewers type their name and start. No accounts, no LMS, no plug-ins.
- 3
Pin, discuss, resolve
Every note sticks to the exact spot on the exact screen. Reply, fix, and mark it done.
Built for the people who build courses.
Everything the review round needs, and nothing it doesn't.
Pinned to the screen
Notes show up only on the screen they belong to, numbered and in place.
No reviewer logins
Subject-matter experts and execs just click the link. Nothing to sign up for.
Versions that remember
Upload v2 and SCORM Flow lists last round's fixes for you to check off.
Threaded replies
Ask “what did you mean?” right on the note. The whole conversation stays with it.
Picks up where they left off
Course progress is saved, so reviewers can come back to a long module later.
Courses kept apart
Each course runs on its own locked-down address behind expiring, signed links.
The pilot program
Use SCORM Flow free while we build it with you.
We're inviting a small group of eLearning teams to run real reviews on SCORM Flow and tell us what they need next.
- You get
- Free use during the pilot, a workspace for your team, and a direct line to the people building it.
- We ask
- Run at least one real review round, and share honest feedback along the way.
- Getting started
- Request access below. We'll set up your workspace and email you a login.

Questions
Is the pilot really free?+
Yes. Pilot members use SCORM Flow at no cost while the pilot runs. In return we'd love your honest feedback on what works and what doesn't.
Which authoring tools work?+
Anything that exports a SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004 package — for example Adobe Captivate, iSpring Suite, Lectora, Evolve, dominKnow, Elucidat or Articulate. If you're not sure, send us a package and we'll check.
Do my reviewers need an account?+
No. They open the review link, type their name and email, and start leaving notes. Only your team members who upload courses get a login.
Is this an LMS?+
No. SCORM Flow is for reviewing a course before you publish it. It doesn't enrol learners, issue certificates or report completions.
What happens after I request access?+
We set up a workspace for your team and email you a login, usually within a couple of business days.
